OUR MISSION
The mission of Lexi’s LAMB Foundation is to provide financial, emotional and material support
for sick children and special needs children through a partnership with parents, family, and
medical staff.

WHAT WE DO
We work with staff at local hospitals to help meet the needs of the children and their families.

Provide items and support that will help bring a sense of comfort and normalcy to them.

Items provided range from craft supplies and toys for the kids to meals for the parents while they
are with their child in the hospital.

ABOUT US
Lexi’s LAMB Foundation was formed in loving memory of Alexis Christine Sparks (June 30, 2006-December 11, 2006) in order to help other special needs children.

Many children face problems and difficulties and spend much of their life fighting sickness. After watching Alexis fight a daily battle, it made us want to help other children and their families through their own trials and tribulations.

Most people go through life never having to experience the pain of having a sick child. They have no idea how hard it is to have a child who has to face such difficulties and they also don't realize how easy it is to love them just the way they are.

There wasn't a single person that met Alexis who wasn't touched in some way by her determination and personality.

No parent, family member, or friend hopes to have a child with special needs. Everyone just wants a healthy and happy child. When faced with the challenge of having a child that wasn’t healthy, the only choice we saw was to meet the challenge head on.

Working through the challenges we faced helped us realize that we were given a new mission in life. That mission was to help other families who face the same things we did. We want to help by providing support to these families whether it is emotional, spiritual, material, and even financial if possible. Sometimes the only thing needed is a toy or a stuffed animal to help bring a smile to the child’s face.

Our experiences with Alexis taught us many lessons and helped us all learn so much about ourselves. We want to pass the strength and knowledge she gave us onto others.
